It is in the Pyrenees, between Luchon and Biarritz that Maison Joseph works all year long to produce its articles made of wool and sheepskin.
We get our sheepskins from our favorite tanner, here in Bagnères-de-Luchon. Vegetable or chemical tanning, we will redirect our stock of skin according to our various models
These skins are then recovered in Biarritz so that they are reworked, cut and transformed into Boots, Slippers, Gloves, Mittens, Vests or even Chapkas
We use patterns for our production, depending on the model, we will add an EVA sole for the outdoor slippers for example, or for our sheep boots.
Concerning the wool, it will remain in Luchon so that we can make our socks and shepherd's jackets.
This is the way we distribute our activity exclusively at Maison Joseph. The objective is to have a finished product Made in France, Made in Basque Country.
